Overview
We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and safety while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, estimating, and operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies
- Monitor project scope and proactively manage changes, risks, and timelines
- Conduct regular job site visits to track progress, quality, and safety
- Negotiate contracts, manage procurement, and resolve field issues efficiently
- Provide project updates, reporting, and status tracking to leadership
- Mentor and support Junior / Tier 1 Project Managers
- Utilize Procore, ERP systems, MS Project, and Microsoft Office for documentation and tracking
- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience in construction project management or related field preferred
- Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally as needed
