Location: Bakersfield, CA
Pay Range: $45-$60/hour (Top performers $100,000+ annually)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (40+ hours, overtime as needed)

What You'll Do

Diagnose, service, and maintain commercial HVAC systems

Work on equipment such as:

Rooftop units, chillers, boilers

Split and package systems

Zone control systems

Support preventative maintenance programs for commercial clients

Collaborate with a skilled team across industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and data centers
