Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, labeling and bottling tea, packaging tea, cleaning, sanitizing equipment and workspaces, monitoring product quality, and following all food-safety standards.
The ideal applicant will:
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail during the entire production process.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness, organization, and personal hygiene.
- Follow recipes, measurements, and safety procedures accurately.

Qualifications
- Understanding of sanitation standards, GMP, HACCP principles, and safety regulations in manufacturing settings
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate machinery safely; troubleshooting mechanical issues is a plus
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including some heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory accurately
- Excellent knife skills for precise food prep are advantageous
- Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols, food safety regulations, and manufacturing standard operating procedures
