- Design, prototype, develop, craft, and implement complex Figma designs and versatile solutions to complex UX/UI problems by working with UX designers and researchers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers. Use JavaScript, React, TypeScript and MUI for prototyping to support user studies across different platforms and identify the best product experiences. Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, React, D3.js, Svelte, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (Mongoose), Heroku, Git/GitHub, Gerrit, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Motion Graphics, After Effects, Datawrapper, Mapbox, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Excel, Google Sheets, NLP, user interface principles, design aesthetics, advanced coding techniques, and ai2html. Work in a fast-paced environment and cope well with frequently changing requirements. Craft prototypes across a variety of platforms including web and mobile user-interface design principles and practices. Explore and communicate best practices for the frontends of user-facing products. Communicate to all levels of users (internal and external), strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership. Launch innovative features, build tools that accelerate UX teams, bridge between design and engineering discussions, and enable efficient, high-quality execution. Design and implement user interfaces (UIs) using JavaScript and its related libraries, HTML, and CSS. Create interactive and responsive graphics and charts for web pages using JavaScript data visualization libraries like D3.js. Implement strong sense of web design and attuned to the fundamentals of user experience. Design new features and motion graphics using After Effects.
- Require master’s degree in computer science/engineering, information systems/technology, human-computer-interaction, digital/photo/data/interactive communication/journalism, data/information design visualization, or related field and 1 year experience in the job offered, software engineer/developer, UI/UX engineer/writer/designer, data visualization journalist/intern, or related field.
