Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Auto Sales Consultant who is fluent in Polish or Spanish (bilingual a plus) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will actively engage with diverse customers, guiding them through our vehicle offerings and helping them find their perfect match. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive sales success, support inventory management, and foster lasting customer relationships.
Duties
- Connect with prospective buyers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, providing exceptional customer service to meet their needs.
- Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer preferences, budget constraints, and dealership policies.
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software to track sales progress and follow-up activities.
Qualifications
- Experience retail sales preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and phone etiquette.
- Multilingual abilities in Polish and Spanish are highly desirable; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management, and dealership operations also a plus.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently.
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes, inventory control, retail math, and upselling techniques.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to outbound sales efforts.
