Job Summary
We are a Manufacturer's Representative firm in the Toy and Gift industry looking to grow our team to support key account opportunities. The ideal candidate will have existing experience in Sales, Purchasing, Category Management, Sales Analysis, Replenishment or other experience in a role supporting Retail Procurement . The Key Account Coordinator role supports the Sales team in the following areas: vendor/item management, order entry and management, assistance with quotes and new business proposals, sales/inventory data analysis and assisting in other sales-supporting tasks. of This role requires a strong understanding of the retail market, excellent data analysis skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with large groups of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Vendor and Item management - setup, maintenance, pricing, etc.
- Order management - reviewing for accuracy, follow up, etc.
- Provide regular Sales and Inventory reporting and analysis
- Periodically generate Sales and Order forecasting as needed
- Generate Category Management insights from data trends, present to key stakeholders
- Assist in generating proposals for new business / new item placement
- Additional tasks as required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office software suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Familiarity with the Retail Procurement (including merchandising, inventory, purchasing, etc).
- Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Microstrategy, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the ability to independently track open tasks and deadlines and prioritize as necessary

- This position is a Full Time, in-office role located in Eden Prairie, MN. Medical and dental benefits and a competitive salary are offered with this position.
- Occasional travel to customer appointments or trade shows is required.
