Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Spa Associate with a passion for wellness and hospitality. In this role, you will provide exceptional guest service, assist clients with products and services, support retail sales, and help maintain a relaxing and welcoming spa environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Assist in product demonstrations and educate clients on spa services and products
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Maintain inventory levels through stocking and merchandising efforts
- Upsell services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction
- Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the spa environment
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and record keeping
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries with professionalism
- Apply basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele
- Familiarity with phone etiquette to manage client calls professionally
- Experience in grocery store settings or similar environments is advantageous
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members
