Overview
We are looking for an experienced Inventory and Warehouse Associate to join our Vape Wholesale Business. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizing stock, and ensuring the store’s merchandise presentation aligns with branding standards. Your proactive approach will help optimize store efficiency, support sales growth, and enhance customer satisfaction. Duties
- Manage inventory control processes by conducting regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and prevent loss
- Organize and maintain stock areas using planograms, schematics, and visual design principles to optimize product placement and layout
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock rooms and sales floors to ensure a safe environment
Qualifications
- Inventory experience or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting
- Ability to perform physical tasks: standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50‑60 lbs or more, pushing/pulling loads, using material handling equipment
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work on‑site in the warehouse setting
Pay starting at $15 an hour but offer can increase depending on experience.
