Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Representative:
- Represent AT&T products and services professionally during face-to-face sales with local customers
- Educate potential customers on available wireless, internet, and bundled service options
- Assist customers with questions, account setup, and service enrollments
- Build positive customer relationships through clear communication and personalized support
- Meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining professionalism
- Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow company guidelines throughout the enrollment process
- Work collaboratively with other AT&T Sales Representatives and leadership staff to support company objectives
- Stay informed on AT&T promotions, service updates, and product knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment
Qualifications for the AT&T Sales Representative Position:

Compensation & Job Details:
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Earnings: Commission-Based**On average, AT&T Sales Representatives earn between $50,000-$60,000/year.
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week)
- Job Locations: Main office location in San Marcos, CA and field locations in San Marcos and surrounding areas.
- Clients & Products: Promote AT&T’s residential telecommunication products and services to customers in local neighborhoods including internet, wireless, and mobile solutions.
This is a full-time, face-to-face sales role. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their sales career within telecommunications by working with AT&T’s portfolio of products and services.
Pay: $51,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
