Position Overview
Andy’s Pool Service is looking for a motivated, dependable Junior Project Manager to join our growing Atlanta team.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in construction management. You’ll work directly with experienced Project Managers to learn how residential pool construction projects are managed from start to finish.
We are willing to train the right candidate. What matters most is attitude, organization, work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Assist Project Managers with coordinating residential pool construction projects
- Visit job sites throughout the Atlanta area to observe progress and support field operations
- Help schedule subcontractors and track project timelines
- Communicate updates to homeowners in a professional manner
- Maintain organized job documentation and progress photos
- Assist with permit coordination and inspections
- Identify potential issues and report them to senior leadership
- Support efforts to keep projects on schedule and within budget
This role is both office-based and field-based. You will spend time on active construction sites.

Experience Requirements
- Construction experience is helpful but not required
- Project coordination experience is a plus but not required
- We are open to candidates coming from trades, customer service, military, or other hands-on roles
