About the Opportunity
We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable ACA agents to help individuals and families secure quality health coverage. This is an excellent opportunity for agents who are confident in their sales ability and want to take advantage of a competitive, tiered commission structure.
Key Responsibilities

Sell ACA (Affordable Care Act) health insurance plans

Assist clients in selecting coverage that fits their needs and eligibility

Utilize HealthSherpa and other platforms to manage enrollments

Maintain accurate applications and ensure compliance with ACA guidelines

Build and manage your book of business
What We’re Looking For

Active health insurance license
-
FFM certification required
-
Working knowledge of ACA products and enrollment platforms (e.g., HealthSherpa)

Experience in ACA sales preferred

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Compensation & Earnings

$520 Weekly Draw

Average Weekly Earnings: $1,400 - $3,000+
Tiered Commission Structure (Per Member):

0-55 enrollments: $17.50

56-74 enrollments: $20.00

75-99 enrollments: $25.00
-
100-129 enrollments: $27.50
-
130+ enrollments: $32.50
