Join a Patient-Focused Outpatient Therapy Team
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys building strong patient relationships, delivering individualized treatment plans, and helping patients regain mobility, function, and independence.
In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population experiencing orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions. We are looking for a clinician who values hands-on care, patient education, and evidence-based treatment approaches.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and pain management
- Utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques as appropriate
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with patients and healthcare team members to support successful rehabilitation and long-term wellness
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Experience with manual therapy techniques preferred
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
