We’re building a vibrant Japanese culinary destination combining a sushi restaurant, retail store, and culinary learning space — all under one roof.
And we’re building our own in-house media department to capture it.
We’re looking for a creative person who can shoot great photo and video content, edit it quickly, and turn what happens here every day into content people actually want to watch.
Sushi. Chefs. Knives. Classes. Events. Retail. Behind the scenes.

Your Own In-House Creative Space
This is not a remote social media position.
Our facility has a designated Media Department area with its own desk and workspace, putting you right in the middle of everything happening.
Shoot something.
Walk over to your desk.
Edit it.
Post it.
Then get back out there and capture what happens next.
You’ll be part of the daily energy of a working restaurant, retail store, culinary school, events, and special projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Shooting photos and videos for social media
· Creating Reels, Stories, TikToks, Shorts, and other short-form content
· Editing photo and video content in-house
· Posting and managing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
· Capturing chefs preparing sushi and working with premium ingredients
· Shooting, products, merchandise, and retail content
· Filming culinary classes and learning experiences
· Capturing private dinners, special events, collaborations, and behind-the-scenes moments
· Creating content around Japanese food, culture, craftsmanship, and hospitality
· Helping develop creative concepts and social media campaigns
· Turning spontaneous everyday moments into great content
· Keeping media files and content organized
· Maintaining a consistent social media presence and posting schedule
· Working directly with our creative and leadership team
You might be a great fit if you:
· Know how to shoot great photos and videos
· Have strong video editing skills
· Understand Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and current social media trends
· Know how to create engaging short-form content
· Have a good eye for food, people, products, lighting, and composition
· Can shoot, edit, and post without needing a huge production
· Work quickly and independently
· Are organized enough to manage lots of content
· Are creative and willing to experiment
· Are comfortable working around chefs, customers, students, and live events
· Have personality and aren't afraid to jump into the action
· Can take an idea and run with it
Professional media experience is great — but talent, creativity, energy, and a good eye matter more.
Pay
$20–$40 per hour, depending on skill level and experience.

Schedule:
Full-time.
Part-time candidates with the right skills and availability will also be considered.
This is an in-person position in Boca Raton.
This Role Can Grow
We’re not looking for someone to simply fill a social media position.
We’re building an in-house media department from the ground up, and the right person will have plenty of opportunity to step up, take ownership, and grow with us.
As our restaurant, retail, culinary education, events, and other projects expand, so will our need for media.
For someone with the talent and drive, this position can grow into:
· Leading content production
· Developing our overall social media strategy
· Managing multiple brands and social channels
· Producing larger photo and video projects
· Covering events and collaborations
· Helping develop campaigns and brand launches
· Taking on greater creative responsibility
· Growing into a leadership role within the Media Department
