We're expanding into the Clearwater/Tampa market after building a successful office in Orlando. Now, we're looking for licensed motivated individual to help us grow our next high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Take 5–12 inbound calls per day from individuals who have already expressed interest in life insurance.
- A licensed life insurance or currently in the process of obtaining one , you'll guide clients through their coverage options, helping them make informed decisions that protect their families while serving with integrity, compassion, and professionalism.
- Build trust through education and personalized recommendations—not high-pressure sales tactics.
- Close business with qualified prospects and create lasting client relationships.
- Build a consistent pipeline without the stress of cold calling or chasing leads.

- Average Commission Per Sale: $600–$1,400
- Average Producing Agents: $9,000–$20,000/month
- Top Producers: $30,000+/month
- First-Year Income Potential: $90,000–$250,000+
- Elite Performers: $360,000+ annually
- Commissions vary based on the insurance carrier, product, and policy premium. Individual earnings depend on production and performance.
- This is a 1099 independent contractor

What You'll Need
- Active Life Insurance License (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
- No prior sales experience required—we'll teach you everything you need to succeed
- Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn

- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, permanent resident/Green Card holder, or otherwise legally authorized to work)
- This is a 1099 independent contractor
