Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Mechanical Installer to support commercial and industrial construction projects across the U.S. This hands-on role involves installing, troubleshooting, and commissioning electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems while working closely with project teams to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Install electrical systems including conduit, power distribution, switchgear, controls, and related equipment
- Install and support mechanical and HVAC equipment, piping, ductwork, and cooling systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings
- Assist with equipment startup, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to complete projects safely and on schedule
- Maintain compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and internal teams
- Complete installation documentation and maintain a clean, organized job site
Qualifications
- 3+ years of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or industrial installation experience
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of NEC and general construction safety practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician, HVAC certification, or equivalent field experience
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facilities
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with power distribution equipment, generators, UPS systems, or industrial cooling equipment
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and driving
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working around construction equipment and in active job sites
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Travel: Up to 80%.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
