We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class A Driver to join our auto transport team. This is a full-time, commission-based position hauling vehicles throughout Central Florida.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL driving experience
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission (no automatic restriction)
- Current DOT medical card
- Clean driving record
- Ability to safely load, secure, and transport vehicles
- Professional attitude and dependable attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Car hauling experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with load securement and vehicle inspections
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and electronic logs
Responsibilities:
- Safely load, unload, and transport vehicles
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Secure vehicles according to company and DOT standards
- Complete required logs and transportation paperwork
- Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries and scheduling
- Maintain equipment in a safe and professional manner
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders and walk on trailer decks
- Ability to repeatedly bend, kneel, crouch, and secure vehicles
- Ability to enter and exit vehicles multiple times per day
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and handle chains, straps, and other securement equipment
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission-based pay
- Typical earnings range from $60,000-$90,000+ per year depending on productivity and workload
- Home daily

- 40 hours of paid vacation after 1 year of employment
