Brightside Windows is expanding in Billings and hiring motivated people to join our neighborhood sales team.
If you're dependable, comfortable talking to people, and willing to learn, we'll provide the training and coaching to help you get started.
What You'll Do
- Work in residential neighborhoods throughout the Billings area
- Talk with homeowners face-to-face
- Introduce Brightside Windows and our services
- Schedule free consultations for interested homeowners
- Track your activity and work toward weekly goals
This is an active, outdoor canvassing role with plenty of walking and face-to-face interaction.

What We're Looking For
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable and coachable
- Comfortable starting conversations
- Comfortable working outdoors
Experience in construction, restaurants, retail, customer service, athletics, trades, or other active jobs can be a great fit, but isn't required.
