Job Summary
Join us as a Bartender, where you'll create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages. Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits
- Operate Toast POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender
- Knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development
- Familiarity with Toast POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and energetically
- Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service practices
- Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills are essential for cash handling and retail math calculations
Pay: Wages start at a minimum of $15.00. This position receives tips and wage with added tips can boost $15.00 minimum up to $50.00 or more. Tips are not shared amongst the scheduled bartenders on a given shift.
Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
