Responsibilities:
Provide individualized ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
Develop and implement innovative treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
Conduct behavioral assessments, data collection, and analysis to inform treatment decisions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive care
Stay current with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy
Maintain records, reports, and data entry in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or experience working as a BCBA

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 Annually
