The Activity Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and implementing of a vibrant activity program on a daily basis to meet the individual needs and interests of residents.

Responsibilities include:
- Planning, developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating activity programs for residents.
- Leading assigned group or one-on-one activity programs.
- Assisting residents to and from activity programs.
- Reporting any changes in resident behavior, safety hazards or procedural difficulties to the Activity Director.
- Developing and displaying thematic/holiday decorations throughout the facility.
- Assisting in maintaining equipment and supplies in a neat and safe manner.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
