What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including halls, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, as assigned.

Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or unusual activity through visible presence and routine observation.

Document incidents, observations, and/or maintenance or access concerns in required reports, logs, and communication systems.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
