Requirements:

Take lead on toxic tort defense matters

Manage discovery, motions, depositions, and expert work

Prepare cases for trial and handle strategy with partners and clients

Appear in court and manage hearings as needed

Work independently with minimal supervision

Must be admitted to the California Bar and reside in-state

1+ years of litigation experience in toxic tort or willingness to learn toxic tort!

Billable Hours: 1800 depending on Salary Requirements (might go up from there)
