SEEKING PART TIME & FULL TIME CASHIERS FOR ADULT RETAIL STORE (18+ To Apply)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and contribute to our store's overall success.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and warmly, offering assistance as needed
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer questions
- Utilize retail sales skills to make sales and increase store revenue
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a thorough understanding of store merchandise and inventory
- Perform stock duties, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Demonstrate knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures
- Upsell and promote products and services to increase sales
- Ensure all store equipment and displays are clean and in good condition
- Perform tasks as assigned by management to support store operations
- Provide coverage for other positions as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required (3-5 years required)
- Experience with cash registers and basic math is necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
