McKean Veterinary Hospital is looking for a full-time Client Service Representative to join our team! We are looking for compassionate, motivated team players who are committed to excellent client service and exceptional patient care.

Skills/Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the hospital - you are the client and patients first impression of the hospital
- Welcome patients and clients to the the practice with a warm and friendly manner and make them feel welcome
- Answer incoming phone calls; which may involve answering questions, screening and scheduling appointments
- Check out clients; which may include reviewing discharge instructions with the client, dispensing medications and collecting payment
- Handle incoming and outgoing email
- Process credit card payments and prepare bank deposits
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the waiting room
