Position Overview
We’re looking for a Front-End Operations & Brand Manager to help lead the customer-facing side of DFW Stickers. This role is responsible for keeping orders moving, making sure rush jobs are handled properly, helping with proofs and customer communication, supporting the brand’s social media presence, and making sure the front end of the business runs smoothly.
This is primarily a front-end operations, customer experience, proofing, and brand support role. Production work is not the main responsibility, but the right person should be willing to jump in and support the team during major orders, rush periods, or busy seasons.
The right candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with customers, confident managing order flow, and interested in helping a growing brand look professional both in person and online.
ResponsibilitiesFront-End Operations
- Manage the daily front-end workflow and help make sure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Review incoming orders for details, artwork, sizing, deadlines, and customer notes.
- Track pending orders, proofs, approvals, invoices, and customer follow-ups.
- Help prioritize rush orders and communicate timelines clearly with the team.
- Assist with invoicing, quotes, pending payments, and customer communication.
- Keep the front-end area organized, professional, and efficient.
Proofing & Customer Communication
- Prepare digital proofs for customer review using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Review artwork for print readiness and catch potential issues before production.
- Communicate with customers about proofs, revisions, order questions, and timelines.
- Help create a smooth, professional customer experience from order entry to completion.
Production Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with the production team to make sure orders are properly handed off and deadlines are clear.
- Help monitor rush orders and high-priority jobs as they move through production.
- Assist with packing, shipping, quality control, and order organization when needed.
- Provide hands-on production support only during major orders, rush periods, or when the team needs extra help.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-end workspace.
Brand & Social Media Support
- Help maintain the DFW Stickers brand image across social media and customer-facing channels.
- Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos of orders, production, packing, and finished products.
- Assist with simple social media content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Help identify orders, products, or customer projects that would make strong content.
- Make sure the front-end customer experience and shop visuals reflect a clean, creative, and professional brand.
Leadership & Growth
- Take ownership of the front-end workflow and help improve systems as the company grows.
- Help train and support future team members.
- Communicate clearly with ownership and production staff.
- Look for ways to improve speed, accuracy, customer service, and brand presentation.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Professional communication skills by email, phone, and in person.
- Basic computer skills including email, PDFs, file handling, and order management.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred. A 5–6 skill level out of 10 is okay to start.
- Comfortable taking photos/videos and helping with simple social media content.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Previous print, customer service, management, operations, design, or social media experience is a plus.
Pay & Growth
- Starting pay: $19–$21 per hour depending on experience.
