We are seeking a Home Health Aide to become a part of our team! You will provide routine care to individuals at their home or in a group home setting.
Responsibilities:
Homemaker Personal Care
Transportation
Provide routine individualized care to persons with developmental disabilities.
Monitor and report changes in individuals health status.
Provide minimal personal care.
Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication.
Community integration for individuals.
Qualifications:
Experience in home health, or other related fields.
Positive and patient demeanor.
Ability to build rapport with individuals and guardians.
Ability to handle light physical workload.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be proactive instead of reactive.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
