The following positions are available:
- Customer Service Representative (CSR)
- Sales/Retention Specialist - Hourly (or salary if qualifies) + Commission + Bonus.
We need a mature, reliable, highly motivated, friendly, positive, professional, people person to help us with our busy insurance office. We will provide training and a professional workplace. Work hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. Permanent position with growth potential.
Qualifications : Strong People Skills, Good English Grammar, Computer Proficiency, Bilingual (English/Spanish), Ability to obtain an insurance license within 90 days of employment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process Applications
- Process coverage charges
- Assist insured with billing and coverage inquiries
- Track and verify completion of all policy activities
- Identify the opportunity for cross-selling
- Obtain necessary information from insured and prepare proposals.
