We're a fast-growing, open-flame BBQ skewer restaurant looking for outgoing, high-energy people to join our front-of-house
team. If you love talking to people, know your way around a beer list (or want to learn), and can keep the room feeling fun
even on a slammed Friday night — we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
● Greet and seat guests, and set the tone for a high-energy, welcoming room
● Walk guests through our skewer menu and expanding beer lineup — explain flavors, pairings, and what's new on tap
● Take orders, run food and drinks, and keep tables turning without rushing anyone
● Coordinate with the grill/kitchen team on timing for live-fire skewers
● Keep the energy up — music, TVs, table-side conversation, birthday shout-outs, whatever fits the vibe
● Handle payments accurately and keep your section clean and organized
● Give us honest feedback on what guests are saying — you're our eyes and ears on the floor
Who We're Looking For
● Genuinely enjoys talking to strangers and reading a room — this is the #1 thing we hire for
● Comfortable on your feet for a full shift in a fast-paced, sometimes loud environment
● Reliable — shows up on time, communicates early if something comes up
● Team player who helps out wherever needed, not just "their" section
● Prior serving, bartending, or retail/hospitality experience preferred, not required — we'll train the right personality
● Willingness to learn beer styles and food pairings (we run regular staff tastings)
● Must be able to obtain a food handler card and, if applicable, a local alcohol server permit (we help with this)
● Evening and weekend availability required
