Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Director of Nursing Surgical Services in Benton, Arkansas.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Senior nursing leadership position reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer
- Provides operational and clinical oversight for Main OR, Outpatient Surgery, PACU, Pre-Op, Post-Op, and Endoscopy services
- Leads approximately 80 FTEs supporting inpatient and outpatient surgical services
- Responsible for staffing, budgeting, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and departmental operations
- Oversees key metrics including case volume, turnover time, block utilization, and on-time starts
SURGICAL SERVICES OVERVIEW
- Six main operating rooms supporting inpatient and outpatient procedures
- Service lines include Bariatrics, Colon & Rectal Surgery, Endoscopy, General Surgery, Gynecology, Orthopedics, ENT, Podiatry, and Urology
- Approximately 80 FTEs across Surgical Services departments
COMPENSATION
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000
