Responsibilities

- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries promptly and courteously
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software
- Conduct night audit procedures to verify daily transactions and reconcile accounts
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of guest relations practices and hospitality standards to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in hotel experience roles that involve guest services, front desk duties, or resort operations
