Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care for individuals in need of assistance with daily activities. As a vital member of our caregiving team, you will support clients in maintaining their independence, safety, and well-being. Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor patient observation and report any changes in health status
- Med reminders
- Support clients with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, and hospice care.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe living environment
- Document all care activities thoroughly
- Provide companionship to foster a positive environment
Qualifications
- Experience in home health, senior care, assisted living, or long-term care environments
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Stand by assisting with mobility needs
- Strong observational skills for monitoring vital signs and recognizing health changes
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients
- Compassionate attitude coupled with a proactive approach to caregiving
