We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide daily care to infants. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Develop and implement engaging activities that promote childhood development and learning
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding the child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other caregivers or educators to create a cohesive care plan for each child
- Document daily activities, behaviors, and any significant changes in the child's condition
Requirements
- Experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, preschool, or as a nanny/babysitter
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices
- First aid certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with children and families
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while ensuring individual attention is given to each child
- Flexibility in adapting activities based on the needs of the children under care
- A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds through creative play and structured learning experiences
