Court Reporting Scheduler
Do you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, and making sure everything runs smoothly? We're looking for a Court Reporting Scheduler to join our Operations team. In this role, you'll coordinate court reporting assignments, communicate with clients and court reporters, and ensure every deposition is scheduled accurately and on time.

What You'll Do
- Schedule court reporters for depositions and legal proceedings
- Process new court reporting orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain scheduling calendars and confirm assignments
- Communicate with clients, court reporters, and vendors regarding scheduling needs
- Respond promptly to emails and phone calls
- Ensure all scheduling information and documentation are complete and accurate
- Generate reports and assist with scheduling audits
- Support other Operations teams as business needs arise
What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of administrative, scheduling, customer service, or legal experience preferred
- Experience working in the legal industry is a plus but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

- This is an in office role based out of our office 8656 State Hwy 71 Building F, Suite 200, Austin, TX 78735, Monday to Friday, 8 hours each day, 40 hours each week. The pay range is $18-20/hr depending on experience. Please confirm this works for you.
