Operations AssistantJob Summary
We are looking for a dependable and organized Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our business. This role provides administrative support across multiple departments, including Accounting, Human Resources, IT, and general office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
- Assist Accounting with invoices, data entry, expense tracking, and recordkeeping.
- Support HR with employee onboarding and equipment setup.
- Coordinate new employee setup, including equipment, system access, and onboarding materials.
- Provide basic IT support and coordinate with external IT vendors when needed.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and operational records.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or operations experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, HR, or IT support.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
