We are looking to add managers to our team!
This is a full time Restaurant manager position. The assistant Manager at Macado's is responsible for running shifts: Cooking, cleaning, money handling, customer service, ordering/ receiving food and alcohol, scheduling, hiring and light paperwork are non negotiables. Must be available both evening and day shifts. 8-5 or 4 till close (11/12 at night.)
We have a standardized management training program that takes place in Christiansburg. If accepted you will spend 4 weeks training in our Salem, Radford, Blacksburg and Christiansburg locations.
This job is 80 % Back Of House. Anyone with cooking experience is encouraged to apply. We will teach you everything that is takes to be a great manager in no time!
We offer a bonus program that could yield up to 3,600 additional dollars of compensation a year.
