When install season slows, IAQ work picks up. Our techs earn steady, predictable income in February just like they do in August. No layoffs. No "call you in the spring." No going broke in the winter.
Who We Are
We're a local, family-owned and operated company — not a private equity rollup, not a franchise. The owner is a licensed Florida HVAC contractor and NADCA-certified professional who still knows every technician by name. We serve St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Pinellas County, Tampa Bay, Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and surrounding communities with HVAC system replacements, service and maintenance, and industry-leading indoor air quality and duct restoration work.

What You'll Do
This is a hybrid role for someone who wants variety and wants to build a broad, valuable skill set:
- Install — Replacement HVAC systems, upgrades, and changeouts (including modern variable-speed equipment)
- Service — AC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
- Indoor Air Quality — Air duct cleaning and restoration, dryer vent service, air purification installs, and IAQ assessments at residential and commercial properties
You'll also:
- Educate customers on their options and recommend the right solutions — honestly, without high-pressure tactics
- Earn commission on top of your hourly pay when customers choose the IAQ solutions you recommend.
- Complete job documentation, photos, and invoicing in our field app (we'll train you on it)
- Keep your assigned company truck stocked, inspected, and road-ready
- Follow all safety protocols and use PPE — we don't cut corners on your health
What You Bring
- Proven HVAC installation experience (preferred)
- EPA certification preferred — we'll help you get certified if you don't have it yet
- Experience with AC maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
- Air duct or dryer vent cleaning experience is a plus — we'll train the right candidate
- A friendly, professional, customer-first attitude
- Accountability, dependability, and pride in clean, quality work
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pass a background check
- Availability Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday shifts and occasional extra hours. Rotating on call weekend of service emergencies only.

Schedule
Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays. On call rotation weekend of service emergencies only. Field-based across our Tampa Bay / Sarasota / Bradenton service area.
