Job Summary:
The Afternoon Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers during afternoon business hours. This role is responsible for providing a professional, welcoming environment while managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications:
