What You'll Do
As our Executive Housekeeper, you'll lead the housekeeping team and help ensure every guest room and public area reflects the quality and hospitality our guests expect.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading, training, and supporting our housekeeping and laundry teams
- Creating work schedules and assigning daily tasks
- Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
- Maintaining inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment
- Working closely with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Responding to guest requests and helping resolve concerns when needed
- Promoting a positive, team-focused work environment
- Ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are followed throughout the property
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping leadership or management experience, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
- The ability to motivate and support a diverse team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business needs require
