Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with intensive and general behavioral needs.
Provide direct support, coaching, and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff.
Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavioral interventions and supports.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop IEP goals related to behavior and social-emotional functioning.
Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decision-making and adjust interventions as needed.
Provide training to staff on behavior management strategies, data collection, and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Attend IEP meetings, team meetings, and consultation sessions as needed.
Support the development of positive behavior support systems within intensive needs classrooms and the broader school environment.
Ensure all services provided are in compliance with state and federal special education regulations.
