Spark Community is growing, and we’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding ABA team!
We currently have a strong ABA program with two BCBAs and are adding an additional BCBA due to continued program growth and increasing referrals. This is a great opportunity to step into a supportive, collaborative environment where you can truly make an impact without feeling overwhelmed or unsupported.

Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Must pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening
