Title: National Account Program Manager with Commercial Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems)
Location: Starbase, Brownsville, TX 78521 (Hybrid Role)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 Hour Lunch)
Travel: Up to 30% travel to client sites as needed
Pay Rate: $48–$52/hour on W2
Duration: 3–6 Months Contract-to-Hire

About the Opportunity
We are partnering with Everon, one of the largest commercial security companies in the United States, to identify a highly experienced National Account Program Manager with a strong background in Security, Fire, and Commercial Security Systems. This is a strategic, client-facing operations role responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value national accounts ranging from $5M to $12M in annual volume.
Position Summary
The National Account Program Manager will serve as the primary operational point of contact for key national customers post-sale. This individual will lead all aspects of account operations — from installation project delivery and service ticket management to billing, monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a seasoned professional who can build strong customer relationships, drive performance metrics, and align internal teams to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
Account & Relationship Management
- Serve as the "Operations Relationship Manager" and primary focal point for assigned national account customers
- Establish and maintain structured communication rhythms tailored to each customer's needs
- Manage and deliver key account metrics including Quarterly Scorecard Reviews, SLA attainment, installation performance, and service ticket KPIs
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, formal correspondence, and performance reporting
- Serve as the escalation point for operational issues and drive timely resolutions across internal and external stakeholders
Project & Program Management
- Assume full operational responsibility for all installation project delivery within the assigned account portfolio
- Develop comprehensive planning documents including project plans, scope documents, SOWs, charters, and execution playbooks
- Define project scope, effort, scheduling, funding requirements, staffing allocation, and success metrics
- Review and manage contracts with General Contractors and customers
- Provide accurate forecasting and adhere to master program plans and schedules
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with National Account Managers (NAMs), Field Delivery, Service, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Billing/AR, Technical Solutions Group, and other support departments
- Coordinate with subcontractors and General Contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Set clear performance expectations for resource managers and team members
- Ensure robust Quality Assurance and Quality Control mechanisms are established and maintained
Operational & Sales Support
- Facilitate customer requests and issue resolution related to Monitoring, Billing, and Accounts Receivable
- Review and analyze account data to identify trends, surface improvement opportunities, and implement corrective action plans
- Support sales initiatives and other organizational needs as required
- May carry direct supervisory responsibility depending on account complexity
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in the alarm or commercial security industry
- 5+ years of demonstrated project or program management experience
- 2+ years of customer relationship management experience
- Advanced knowledge of the electronic security industry (CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems)
- Strong understanding of sales, installation, service, billing, and monitoring systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills across all management levels
- Strong organizational and matrix management capabilities
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
- Ability to travel up to 30% as required
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
- Construction or field operations experience
- CSPM (Certified Security Project Manager) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
