We are seeking a couple dependable, dedicated persons that are willing to help out wherever is needed. We are a cabinet manufacturing facility for a franchise group. Over half our staff has worked here for 8 years plus and some as long as 20 years so we are looking for persons with long term employment goals. We have a generous benefits package to include; Health care, dental, vision, short term and long term disability, life insurance, 401k plan with a match along with several other insurance programs available to our staff. We even give up to 4 weeks’ vacation after 10 years with the company. Not too many companies offering that. We also have paid Holiday days off that are not part of the PTO time. We are hiring machine operator helpers that we will train for. Like I mentioned, with so many long term staff members we have a lot of positions to cover for time off. No experience is needed if you are willing to work hard and learn. For some positions forklift experience is a plus.
