Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle concerns quickly and accurately using advanced GM diagnostic equipment and procedures.
- Perform high-quality repairs on mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems.
- Repair or replace components to GM factory specifications.
- Test and verify all repairs to ensure safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Meet productivity and efficiency goals while maintaining exceptional workmanship.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with dealership, OSHA, and EPA standards.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair recommendations and vehicle status.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
- GM Factory Training and Certification required
- A-Level GM Technician preferred (B-Level GM Technicians with factory training are encouraged to apply)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
