* Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Install roadway signs safely and accurately according to project blueprints.
- Preparation: Gather, load, and prepare required materials, tools, and hardware for the job site.
- Travel: Travel out of town weekly with the crew, leaving Monday and returning Friday.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the crew leader to complete daily installation targets.
- Safety: Maintain a clean work zone and follow all safety protocols on active roadways.
* Qualifications
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Physical: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
- Travel: Ability to commit to overnight out-of-town travel from Monday through Friday.
- License: Valid driver’s license is highly preferred/required.
* Compensation & Perks
