Fire Sprinkler Project Manager/Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Manager/Superintendent to oversee the installation of fire sprinkler systems on multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive field experience, and the ability to manage manpower, schedules, and project quality from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise fire sprinkler installation crews on multiple job sites.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and sprinkler plans.
- Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and company safety policies.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to project management.
- Assist with inspections, testing, and project closeout.
- Coordinate and assist with the delivery of materials, tools, and equipment to active job sites.
- Transport and relocate company tools, equipment, and materials between projects as needed to support field operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of fire sprinkler field experience.
- Previous superintendent or foreman experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 13 and fire sprinkler installation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
