As a Shift Leader / Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in leading shifts, supporting team members, and ensuring every guest enjoys an awesome experience. You’ll gain leadership experience and learn the skills to grow your restaurant career.
Must be available nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example with positivity, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Oversee shift operations and ensure great guest service
- Support training and development of team members
- Ensure food quality, speed, and accuracy meet company standards
- Monitor and maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment
- Handle cash management and opening/closing duties
- Communicate effectively with both Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Support new product rollouts and promotional initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience required; leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented
- Passionate about great food, guest service, and plant-based living
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
