Accountant – Freight Forwarder Company

Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, billing, and general ledger entries
- Verify vendor bills, and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly financial reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing
- Maintain accurate records and assist with audits
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding billing or payment inquiries
- Support management with ad-hoc financial tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience (logistics or freight forwarding experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Go Freight is a plus
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a strong plus

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
