We are a modern, fast-growing medical spa seeking a skilled and licensed Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. We specialize in the intersection of medical aesthetics, wellness, and cutting-edge weight management. The Role
We are looking for a self-motivated clinician who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will perform advanced injectable procedures while maintaining the highest standards of safety, ethics, and bedside manner. This role is a hybrid of artistry, medical expertise, and patient education.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Active Licensure: NP or RN license in good standing within Ohio.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic injectables (neurotoxins, fillers).
- Expertise: Proficiency in GLP-1 weight loss management (Tirzepatide, Semaglutide) and wellness-based medicine.
- Compliance: Strong knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine patient relationships.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience with PDO lifting threads, deoxycholic acid (Kybella), biostimulatory injectables (Radiesse®, Sculptra®), and PRP/PRF (hair restoration/facial rejuvenation).
- Experience with laser or energy-based devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Injectables & Wellness: Perform neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO threads, PRP/PRF, and administer GLP-1 injections.
- Consultations: Conduct comprehensive consultations, obtain informed consent, and ensure meticulous medical record documentation.
- Patient Experience: Educate patients on treatment plans, skincare regimens, and wellness journeys to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Clinical Operations: Assist with inventory management, maintain before-and-after photography, and adhere strictly to manufacturer safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain open communication with the Medical Director regarding patient care, adverse events, and new treatment protocols.

- Availability: Must be available Saturdays
- Typical Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (varies by location)
