Whitecap Search is seeking an experienced professional to join a growing healthcare organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with provider credentialing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will coordinate all aspects of the provider credentialing and re-credentialing process while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate the provider credentialing and re-credentialing process to ensure deadlines are met.
- Research and resolve credentialing and enrollment issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate provider records and ensure all credentialing documentation is current and complete.
- Review and process provider demographic updates.
- Prepare credentialing files and documentation for Credentialing Committee review.
- Generate productivity reports and communicate credentialing updates to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of provider and organizational information.
- Stay current on credentialing standards, policies, and enrollment requirements.
- Perform additional administrative and credentialing duties as assigned.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of provider credentialing experience required.
- Previous health plan credentialing experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification preferred but not required.

- 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- 2 Days in office
