Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with dispatch experience to support our transportation operations team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate documentation, maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards, and contribute to the efficient coordination of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize dispatch documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
- Review and audit trip records and driver documentation to verify billing accuracy and adherence to operational procedures
- Accurately enter and maintain trip data within internal systems
- Track and update records related to loads, routes, and driver activity
- Assist in maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and internal company standards
- Provide general administrative support to enhance team efficiency and workflow
Qualifications
- Prior experience in administrative support, preferably within transportation, logistics, or dispatch operations
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
